Stellar Altair IIStellar's Altair II model has a dual-direction convection fan that increases steam velocity and provides efficient steam distribution throughout the cavity by pulling steam past the cooking pans, then forcing it against the heated cooking chamber waIls to be reheated. The cooking compartment acts as a heat sink, allowing for heat retention, quick recovery and reduced energy consumption, and the steam is now vented through the drain instead out of the upper rear of the cooking compartment - forcing additional circulation of the steam. A clean reservoir cover keeps the water clean and free of food and starches. And there's no boiler to worry about, de-lime and replace. Available in 4 pan and 6 pan sizes.
